Me as a tree…

The Expatriate Tree
Well, I don’t know much about flora, so I would have to ask someone to tell me: what do you call a tree that germinates and takes root, and develops its first branches in one kind of soil, and is then uprooted and replanted in a totally different type of soil, where it grows to its full height and bears fruit?
Well, if there was such a tree which could do all that, and you asked me to name it, I would call it ‘expatriate tree’😅 . But since it’s most likely one wouldn’t find an actual tree like that, I’d just say I can’t picture myself as a tree! So, I’d remain content with being a human being😀
Mother of one, residing in Germany.
I have a degree in English Literature.
I'd say I am a simple individual with a brain that can think, and a hand that strives to put those thoughts out there.
I have been inconsistent in updating my blog, but I am going to strive to develop it more fully from now on:)
Interests: reading, writing, baking, styling/putting together ideas for my kid's wardrobe, South-Asian cuisine.
No grandiose ideas about myself: just a human being out of so many others wading through life while trying to make some sense out of it. You'll find nothing fancy or overly self-conscious on my blog, just my written ramblings about a lot of random things. For everyone, there can be something here that they can connect to🙂
